Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
